10/28 - Mathilda Grace from episode 9.06 is back. A buisnessman comes to see Mattie and tells her that she hasn't returned his calls nor answered his registered letters. Harm is with her and says he's a former employee. The businessman tells him that if he's looking for a job, Harm can get one as the business will own the hanger in two days. The man tells Mattie that everything must be out by then or it'll be sold or thrown out. Mattie is devastated. Harm meets with Donna LeMoyne about Mattie. The woman has questions for Harm who seems to have decided that Mattie will live with him (they talk about schooling, who'll take care of Mattie when Harm is abroad, etc.) but will he get custody? Harm has to answer a lot of questions, have his apartment inspected, and have someone vouch for him... But what will happen when her biological father finally turns up after six months? Not only is she at JAG, but Harriet is still working for General Tillman and she must find talent for a Christmas show. It seems that her work with the General is causing some problems with Bud and the kids. Turner is being accused of racial insensitivity by a Lt Yi. Chaplain Turner also appears in the episode. Turner meets with Varese Chestnuts (she appears to be a singer) at JAG where she comes to see Harriet. Turner seems to know a lot about Varese who invites him to her next gig. Near the end of the epsiode, the Admiral, Coates, Turner, his dad, Bud, and Harriet, are in the admiral's office and watch Varese sing on the TV (she's part of the Christmas Special Harriet was planning for soldiers).
