At the moment of the shooting Marines and prisoners were in the compound and it seems that the Marines weren't the only one with guns. Billah supposedly was made a prisoner because he killed two Marines and the man was supposedly causing troubles in the compound. Lance Corporal Kelly will be accused of the murder. As their investigation goes, Mac learns that some people way up high in the chain of command want to protect Billah and what happened in there... Coates also appear in the episode. 10/08 - SecNav pays a visit to Chegwidden and tells him that "this insanity must be stopped." It is unknown what the "insanity" is but there is mention of a man spitting on another. The admiral says he'll have Mac and Roberts begin a Jagman investigation. SecNav inquires on why not Rabb and the admiral answers that the Cmdr is swamped and that they are both going to LA for the International Military Law Conference the next day but they both really go for the Navy-Marine All-Star Baseball Game. We then see Rabb and the Admiral at the baseball game, both cheering and enjoy it very much. A Lieutenant gets hit on the head by a ball that almost killed him. Rabb takes on the case as the Lieutenant's father (and possibly the Lt himself) wants the pitcher to be prosecuted. Admiral Chegwidden goes back in the court room as the one in charge of the defense.
