11/10 - A Marine pilot faces a court martial when he opens fire in a civilian hostage situation in spite of a federal law that limits the use of military involvement in civilian affairs. Meanwhile, Turner represents a Navy doctor whose medical education the Navy paid for, but who now claims that his newfound Quaker religion prevents him from serving when his unit is called to active duty. 09/26 - Mac and Harm face one another again in the court room as Harm must defend Capt Tunney who, in a helicopter, shot at a barn in which a Marine was holding two police officers hostage. The shooting left the Marine dead and the two police officers wounded (one was wounded by the helicopter fire, the other by the Marine). Roberts must prosecute a doctor, LtCmdr Justin Scott, who doesn't want to go to Iraq based on his beliefs as a religious pacifist and wants a seperation from the Navy since he wants nothing to do with the war nor its support. Turner will defend Scott in the informal hearing. Harriet goes to the Pentagon and meets with General Michael Tillman who's in charged of Armed Forces Entertainment.
