wow. two mcs shows in one weeek! yayy

the friday show was paaaaacked. i tried to make my way up to the front, but on my way there i hit about 1945738946735969 other people who were trying to do the same. new jersey sure does love motion city. the show was extremely rockin', but the crowd wasn't...i'm so lame, i passed out AGAIN. low blood sugar perhaps? hyperglycemia. or something like that. so...i think i missed one or two songs. they played back to the beat ( wich i haven't seen them play since the first mcs show i went to exactly a year ago) later i saw tonnyyy standing all alone but didn't walk over because i am stupid. i talked to josh and we both got pictures posing as kangaroos ( i have had a severe obsession with kangaroos for the past week now.) josh said that they will be recording a new record starting in october. SHIT YES! i watched a truckload of bands...my three favorites for the whole weekend were denali, motion city, and onelinedrawing. (i finally picked up the onelinedrawing cd, it's great)
then i found justin and told him that i snuck in a camera (the place that surf and skate was held didn't let you bring cameras, but because i am a super spytech trickster i snuck two cameras in ALL THREE DAYS mwahahahaha CACKLECACKLECACKLE)
SO UM...YEAH.
mr. pierre. so i told him about how i snuck it in by wrapping them in tinfoil, bright purple paper, then putting it in a little bag filled with various items to cover it up. he had a camera too, and he took a picture of me as a KANGAROO SAILOR. weeeeeeeee! then i took a picture of his ear.

so...saturday, no motion city . some great bands, though. saturday was the day of screamo bands. uhhh. i don't like the pits were people just jump around and punch people in the face and jump on top of you.

i signed some guys nipple.

SUNDAY! i went upstairs later in the day, and saw the motion city merch booth
( wich got me confused because ...well....motion city wasn't playing that day.) then all of a sudden beth was holding up a sign that said " MOTION CITY SOUNDTRACK ON STAGE RIGHT NOW" and i freaked out. so...i made it just in time for them to start. wow. a secret show. it was crazy good. after the show, i somehow got to sneek backstage through the fence things ( it was an outside show) and got tons of pictures and my blue shoes signed by everyyoneee. yay! tony drew a drum set on my shoeeeeee, justin drew a wee picture of himself...jesse couldn't decide what to draw so he didn't draw anything on them.
then i watched fall out boy and justin came and sang part of a song.
theeeeeeennn um....i don't remember much. my memory is shit. since the people i went with liked "yellowcard" , we got to go backstage. i like being friendly. then we got to talk to the band after they were done. we took a picture with them and the violinist was rubbing my ear andandand was doing other stuff... EWWWWW i don't like him . he lip syncs his violin. what a jerk.
let me explain.
during the show, the heard lots of violin but he wasn't playing it. his arms were up in the air, yet i still heard violin.
booooo.
yay.

ohh man you've just reminded me i'm going to the yellowcard/soco show tomorrow. i don't want to be on the floor anymore. my feet already hurt. argh.

ohhh yeaaahh, justin quit smoking. i was happy about that becasue cigarettes are gross. i think i'm going to scan the pictures. the only ones that came out were the ones of the outside show... i don't have a scanner....rrrrrarrrrr.....if you send a scanner via package to my adress i will gladly post them! ( just kidding)

Thanks for the tip (damn i hate being a newb). Both shows rocked! I barely made the sunday one only because a security guy wouldn't let me in cus i had a bag (special thanks to him). I was surpised that they played back to the beat in both sets.

Also... up at their booth on sunday they had a game called roulet where u put your finger in a hole and it randomly pics someone and shocks them. I played with justin for a while, and then later for like 15 min when i was waiting for beth the merch girl to get back.

ps: warped tour is gonna fuckin rock!

almost forgot to talk about the fiday show. couldn't believe how many people showed up. i got close to the front and almost crowd surfed, but couldn't build up the courage *sob*. maybe at warped tour tho.

i was in the front for the friday one, and i was kinda in the middle for the sunday one. i felt bad because at the secret show the girl i was talking to caught tonaaar's drumstick and some weirdo mean guy stole it from her.
i think they put on a good show. OH YEAH! OH YEAH! jesse's new tattoo is pretttyyy.

during the friday show i started about ten rows of people back right infront of the left side amp, but ended up on the right side cus of the crazy mosh pits. On suday i was near the middle closer to the right side. i was right in front of that pit that opened up. I would've gotten closer had i known about it, but i heard them playng, threw my bag at my friend and just ran as close as i could without havin to shove people out of the way and ruin the awsome show for them.

yeah, on the friday i show i was SECOND TO FRONT ROW ( left side, shit yes) for about 2.4949 minutes right before the show started. one minute later, i was in the fifth row of people, right in the center ( which equals the worst spot possible)...

sunday? um....i was...in the crowd...at the left side, or maybe it was the right. silly silly me, i don't remember where i was. i was too busy rocking out hardcore and dancing.

ohhhh maannn...flip flops and rain don't go well together.
