Lads we have a hall booked at interfitness on a monday 5 til 6 and on a friday 5.30 to 6.30,,,,,,sessions will inclued a warm up then some technical training,finished off will alight wrestle and sparring.any one who had already been will tell you how enjoyable it is and what good fitness it gives you.Each session will be different and well planned,but most of all they are very enjoyable.so if you are interested,either give me or gav a txt or just turn up.i gaurentee that once you have been,you will become a regular.Everyone one is welcome..
