Good day ladies and gentlemen,every sat i will be participating in a nice gentle run down crimdon beach,yesterdays was lovely,myself,tree,big lacker,pidgeon,the 2 sexy scottys and young reilly had a nice steady jaunt along the beach. So if you feel up to it and nothing better to do get ya sell down,if numbers pick up we could maybe have a game of footy or touch on the golden sands of crimdon,meet at rugby gym 12-45 sat love ewan x x p.s ooo i nearly forgot,theres a lovely ice cream van as well :rolleyes:
