JP has arranged for a fitness specialist to give us an additional session every week. The first session starts on monday 6:15 meet 6:30 start the training will last between 40minst to 1 hour.
We need a good turnout to keep this session going so lets have some good numbers down tomorrow. If we look after our own fitness it will allow the coaches to provide more technical structured training on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
