"Stupid old broom." Alanna cursed. Not being the best flyer in her family (her mother was amazing) Alanna really needed some lessons.
Plopping down on the grass, she got a nasty surprise. The grass was still wet from the downpour last night, so it soaked right through her light cloak. Muttering darkly to herself about how stupid rain was, she grabbed her bag and pulled out her picnic blanket and layed it on the wet grass.
Going through her rather large bag-she kept all her books in this one- she found just what she was craveing. Bertie bots jelly beans. "One in every flavor." She said sarcasticly.
Alanna was seriously annoyed about how bad she was at flying. Falling back on her blanket, she looked at the cloudy sky. Popping a bean into her mouth, she grimiced. Her backside was still wet.
Everything went blurry. Blinking a couple times, her vision cleared. Lying down when your eating is not perticularly good. Alanna choked, a jelly bean stuck in her throat.
