I've been watching the site since the last post- :bows to Astina: on the 25th of OCTOBER- AND WHERE IS EVERYONE????????

HELLOOOOO!! The fourth movie comes out TONIGHT- two and a half hours by my clock, which is slightly slow but whatever- IS ANYONE ACTUALLY GOING TO SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT????

I didn't honestly think I was going to have to start this thread... I usually don't start threads, I end them. But anyway. Where the heck did everyone go? Am I the ONLY one still drifting around? :shivers in lonelyness: Come on, people. HPU is a great site... you let it slide, it's your fault. Yes, I know we've all got school and stuff, but still- midterms aren't till January, and we did fine last year! You can't honestly say that school gives you that much work... alrgiht, so some people have a absolute ton of work to do, and I respect that, I can relate there, but visiting every once in a while and, oh, I dunno... maybe POSTING every now and then, I don't think that would hurt your studies too much. Maybe I'm wrong. Whatever.

Well, I dunno about you, but... heck, I'm going to see HP4!

Okay, so I can't go till tomorrow afternoon... but that's besides the point. Come on, you guys... where are you? You want to get this board- and it's a rockin' board, heck yes- up and running again, you have to start posting. Ugh... *headdesk* for your information, I actually haven't RPed properly since about June... But then again, where is everyone else? I seriously don't feel even guilty anymore, for there's no one to make me feel so.

*growls* My sister is seeing it tomorrow... She has to miss her art class to make up about two weeks of Latin classes along with everyone else in the Tempest play which was finally done today after a "Tempest Week", so they all decided to go see it afterwards. But me... I'm not going to be able to see it for a while probably. My mum's gonna make me work all evening since I'm going to be busy all morning. Same on Sunday. And then I've got school where I'm not just doing 'less than satisfactory English work' and '[horrible] creative writing assignments', but I'm also trying to do an overseas summer learning course called the Oxbridge Experience, and it's wicked awesome; I want to go to the Cambridge one and do Weapons, Strategy and War as a major and Law as the Minor, and next year go to France, but anyway... But first I have to get in, and I also have to recieve a scholorship since it costs almost three thousand not including lunch or even the plane. And my mom thinks I'm, A. Depressed (which I think is stupid), and B. Faking it (which isn't possible).

Anyway! Enough ranting about myself. In fact, I'm smallifing it because it's selfish and bitchy, I just realised. I'm going to try and see it on Sunday Evening, but good luck for that. I probably won't get to see it until at least next week or even the week after that.

Oh, but I will say, I have a computer, I have internet access at school, I have the ability to multitask much better than most other people, and I know just about any hotkey you might need, so I can maybe help out with anything that is in my power. My power is limited, very limited, but a little better than you two.

... Or maybe a higher person is exactly like me, checking daily for posts and looking guiltily at the unsorted people thinking, "We ought to fix this place up a bit..."

i saw HP today.

The Weasley boys are looking good :blush:

Saw it - loved it.

Definitely the best of the four films so far.

My only negative comments are really that Voldemort should have looked scarier, and that Danielle Radcliffe's acting still isn't as strong as Emma Watson's or Rupert Grint's for example.



As for the site - I've never posted IC. When I joined and got sorted, the site was really starting to die down, and I didn't know where to post or what was going on. I'd be happy enough to post if I have somewhere to do it. :)

If you're looking for an active RPG though, the otehr site I'm on (mentioned in the Harry Potter Links thread, last page) is very active right now. :)

Yar. But you're right, Voldemort was way... Not-scary. I don't know if it's just the weird kind of way I pictured him being more scary compared to the actual movie that made it.. funny, I was laughing... but yeah. And he doesn't have a nose. Me and a whole pack of my friends from school went to see it, we were laughing about it afterwards. You're right, though, it was way better then the other three. Agh, the third one sucked! Lolz. I was kind of hoping they'd fix Wormtail, he looked fake in the third one. Prosthetic face-fake. :laugh:

The nose was the only really good bit of Voldy's appearance in the movie - they should have at least gave him red eyes. If I remember right from the books, he becomes less human-like from the point he was reborn. Maybe they want to emphasise that in hte films. I hope so.

I've not posted as this character... ever. lol. I think I'll try now - though I've reread my profile and I don't like it. Oh well.
