Physical Description: Millie stands at 5’9” tall, usually taller than the other girls in her year. Her pale long blonde, rather messy hair has a black streak running through it. Her hair is usually pushed over her shoulder and tied up loosely, while her long fringe hangs down into her cerulean blue eyes. Along her nose and the tops of her cheeks are dusted very lightly with freckles, apart from that her face is rather pale and quite frankly average. She also usually wears a very small blue stud in her right nostril. Her build is slight and she’s about 107lbs, out of uniform she dresses quite casually, typically in jeans and a tshirt.

Personality
Personality: Millie is anything but quiet, she’ll usually talk to anyone providing they’ll actually listen to her, the best way to describe her is bubbly, cheeky and vivacious. She works hard in school, but never overworks, and is slightly jealous of others that seem to gain success more easily than her, although recent events have changed her (see history). Millie enjoys new experiences and variety, so she can sometimes get bored easily in the confines of castle walls. She’s loyal to her friends, and above all hates liars and cheaters, whether it’s cheater in school or in relationships. Millie enjoys art, writing and reading, and playing/watching quidditch.
Relationships and Social Skills: Millie has a lot of friends outside of school, but because she moved home recently she hasn’t kept in contact with them. She is looking to make closer bonds with people at Hogwarts
Weaknesses: She’s too trusting and takes things to heart and therefor is easily hurt. She’s also terrible at potions.
Strengths: Her strong personality traits such as her loyalty, her avid interest for learning and trying to excel in anything she does, she is particularly good at DADA and Transfiguration.

Past, Present, and Future
History: Millie was born in a practically unknown village in the East of England on June 28th 1988. She grew up on a small farmhouse with her parents and siblings, and her closest neighbour being her grandfather who lived alone. Her grandmother died when she was very young and therefor she was not very close to her. Her secluded home life and the fact her parents worked a lot led her to be extremely close to her brother, sister and grandfather, more than she is with her parents. Although she was closer to her brother and sister, she still got on well with her parents, and had a happy upbringing until recent years. She keeps in close contact with her family via owl while she’s at Hogwarts.
Seeing as all of her family has gone to Hogwarts, it wasn’t much of a surprise to them when she got her acceptance letter. Her brother and sister always received awards while at Hogwarts, and since Millie joined she felt the need to live up to their accolades. Despite the fact her whole family went to Hogwarts, her grandfather was still proud of her and bought her an owl as a reward. As soon as she could, Millie tried out for the quidditch team (it being one of her hobbies) but was turned down, since then she has decided to turn her attention to more academic pursuits.
Although Millie’s family is pureblood she was taught not to have predjudice against half blood or muggleborns, and it disturbs her to see this happening more recently between others.
There were no major incidents in her life, and everything was relatively average and normal until the murder of her grandfather by death eaters last year. The fact they came to his house has caused her parents to be cautious and move to a village near Hogsmede as soon as they could, telling very few of their new residence. This caused her to become more withdrawn and hang back in classes, which is very unlike her. Due to this her grades have dropped dramatically. So far she has kept herself to herself while in Hogwarts and rarely met up with people from school during summer, although since moving home she has lost all of her friends from her previous village, and looks forward to making closer friends at Hogwarts.
She’s now trying to get on with everything, and get her grades back up as she knows that is what her grandfather would have wanted. It wasn’t long after her grandfathers death that Millie found out of her family’s involvement in the fight against Voldemort and his followers. Because she was so close with her grandfather, his recent death has urged Millie to become involved in the fight against the dark side, and she is eager to help in any way she can.
Here and Now: Keen to learn even more in her DADA and Transfiguration lessons Millie has been working hard, although she isn’t exactly a model student. She infrequently breaks the rules, but only when it is deemed necessary. Right now she is enjoying her time at Hogwarts and making the most of it.
Long-term Outlook: After graduating from Hogwarts Millie will most probably follow in her sisters footsteps and begin Auror training as soon as she can.

Millie curled up in a large green velvet chair in the common room next to the roaring fire. She yawned slowly while twirling her messy long hair between her index finger and thumb, slowly flicking the page of her book over. Glancing up at the dusty clock on the wall she brushed her hair out of her eyes sluggishly. Scanning the room her eyes landed on the door and confirmed what she already knew, the room was empty, and she was alone. She let out a long sigh and snapped her book shut. She thought about going to bed but just couldn’t get to sleep, no matter how bored she was. Tucking her feet beneath her she drummed her fingers against the arm of the chair, random thoughts getting the better of her as her eyes glazed over and she began to daydream. Just as she began to resign herself to the fact that there was no one else up apart from herself she heard the most awful scream imaginable. Frowning deeply while running to the door she wrenched it open and saw a 5th year girl, arm outstretched and wand firmly in hand, mid-duel with a 6th year boy. ‘What the hell is going on’ she thought to herself as she rushed out of the now empty common room to the sound of the clock chiming twelve.
