(OOC: Right now we are doing the same. But going from the leaky cauldron. Back into the hallways, I just thought I would set this up while I have time, and we can RP in both the Apothecary and here at the same time, like we did in the Library, hallways and the apothecary. These topics arent tagged, so other people can join. I just put their names into the title to show them that they are involved in this topic. )
Creek...Creek…ding.ding...
The door creaked as the bell chimed, at the sign that people had entered the leaky cauldron.
“Good-day!” Corbin greeted the barman kindly as he did everyone whether they be witch, wizard or muggle. “Do you mind if we quickly use your fire? We need to get back to Hogwarts straight away…Is that okay?” Corbin asked the man, who seemed very eager to get them out of his bar.
“Well, as long as you hurry up about it, I am expecting some very important visitors soon, and I wouldn’t want you to make them feel unwelcome. You hear me? The man finished speaking as Corbin made a quick swift movement towards the fireplace.
“Now, we have all ingredients don’t we?” Corbin looked at Joe and Sofie, “Show me them in order.. Okay.” Corbin took out the list. “Do we have leeches? Yes I have them don’t I…” Corbin pulled the jar of leeches out from his pocket.
“I also have the Lacewing fly’s, sorted for 21 days… in my room.. And the Powdered bicorn horn…Do you have the Knotgrass…and Flux weed picked at full moon…Sofie?” Corbin read out the items, looking over at Sofie to check she had them.
“And Joe, did you pick up the boom slang skin…?” Corbin finished reading the end of the list and looked around at Joe to see if he brought his item along.
“Oh, and when we are back at Hogwarts we need to get a item of the person who you want to turn into… But that is easy enough.” He told the others after he placed the floo powder on the mantel piece of the fire.

Joe nodded to Corbin when he asked if he had the boomslang skin. But what Corbin didn't know was that Joe had not placed the boomslang skin with the rest of the ingredients, and had kept it back in his pocket.
He still didn't trust Corbin.
“Oh, and when we are back at Hogwarts we need to get a item of the person who you want to turn into… But that is easy enough.” Corbin said.
"Yes, I suppose it is, since I won't be changing into anyone." Joe said in a rather disapproving voice.
Joe then looked to see what Sofie had to say about the matter, and whether or not she was looking forward to breaking school rules.
But, then again, you already have broken about a dozen rules A voice in Joe's head said.
Shut up Joe told the voice.

Sofie followed Joe and Corbin into the Leaky Cauldron, this place made her a little uneasy. The tavern keepers attitude didn't help much either. Sofie just wanted to get out of this place.
Corbin then started going through the ingredients. Sofie handed him the ingredients she had picked up. She didn't want them on her when she went back to the castle incase she was suspected of leaving school grounds.
"Oh, and when we are back at Hogwarts we need to get a item of the person who you want to turn into… But that is easy enough." Corbin said.
"Yes, I suppose it is, since I won't be changing into anyone." she heard Joe answer before she could say anything. But this was along the lines of what she was going to say as well.
She knew she didn't want to use the potion, "Well, I don't really need to use the potion, I just want to make it. To prove that I can." Sofie glanced around the room and caught the eyes of a very old, very mean looking wizard, he was staring at her with a grin. It startled her and she moved closer to the boys, accidently trodding on Joe's foot.

Joe jumped slightly when Sofie trod on his foot. He put his hands on her shoulders to stop her from treading on his other foot and asked,
"What is it? Something wrong?"
He saw that she was looking at some mean old wizard, who upon seeing Joe staring at him, began to glare at him too.
"Ignore him, he's just some drunk." Joe assured Sofie, steering her away from the wizard with his arm.
Nevertheless, Joe let his hand drop down subtly to his pocket, to make sure his wand was there and ready if he decided he would need it.
"So, that's everything is it? Good, let's get back to the school, I don't want to stay here any longer than I have to." Joe said to Corbin, before returning his gaze to the old drunk, who was still smiling insanely at Sofie.
Before he knew what he was doing, he called across the room to the old man, saying,
"Back off."
He tried to silence the words the instant they came out, but of course he couldn't and almost everyone in the room heard him. Luckily, however, the old guy didn't seem to be interested in any sort of confrontation, and returned to his drink.
Turning back to Corbin and Sofie, Joe just said in a rather embarassed voice,
"Let's just go shall we?"
Sofie Vogeldorf - August 2, 2005 09:35 PM (GMT)
Sofie felt Joe's hands on her shoulders steadying her and keeping her from trodding on his other foot. Flush creeped into her cheeks and ears. Geez, how could you be so stupid Sofie, that's right step on his foot so he won't want to hang out with you she scolded herself.
She hardley noticed when Joe told her not to worry about him, that he was just some old drunk, because she was still a little shaken up by that guy, as he was still looking at her that way. To top it all off she was embarassed as well about the fact that she could be so stupidly clumbsly and walk all over somebody's feet. She didn't notice anything until she heard Joe say "Back off!".
She was a little astonished, was he defending her? She didn't know what to think, but the guy indeed did stop looking at Sofie, something she was extremely glad of. She then agreed with Joe it was time to go back to the castle. SHe couldn't wait to get her feet back inside school grounds. She felt more safe there.
