Physical description
He's slightly tan from (Less so) his heritage and (more so) from being someone who likes the out of doors. He is a semi-casual guy wears polo shirts with nice jeans or kakhi pants when not in uniform. Usualy if he can get away with it he'll forgo robes and just wear the uniform without.

He has a natural gait that makes him appear almost regal and is always pearing about with his bright blue eyes as if looking for the hidden meaning of life. He has a simmilar haircut to his fathers that though is long, is not too long, droping down to about his ears, slightly longer in the back of a raven black color. His hair however makes him look paler than he actualy is, just making his bright blue eyes stand out more.

He's not exactly built like that muggle Arnold Schwar... something, but he's enough to make a grown man think twice before starting something. He has an awkward smile that is his fathers as well, giving the apperance as if he's always hiding a secret.

Height: At about 5'6" He's just about average hight for his age
Weight: At about 157 lbs he's well toned, not muscular, not skiny, but somewhere in between.
Hair: Almost a raven black
Eyes : A bright sapphire blue that always seem to glow with michife
Ethnicity : 1/4 Irish and 1/4th Italian (from his mothers side) and half English (From his Fathers side)

Personality: A very kind and Caring person due to being a slight empathet and being raised by an empathetic mother, he has the ability to read people for who and what they really are. First impressions mean nothign to him and he is one to give second and third chances. But after the third time he will put his foot down. He's not just a human carpet you know.

From his father, he is a natural charmer. A ladies man. He always delivers what he promises and no less, most of the time more. He is a young man of his word and will never go back on a promise willingly, even if it is in his best interest to do so. He can be a bit wolfish at times... But that's just because of his Y chromosome. Most of the time he is a charming gentleman.

He hates seeing others in trouble and will go out on a limb for someone who needs help. And he tends to have a soft spot for anything in a skirt... It's just the way a lot of guys are... Might as well face it hm? Anyway, he always fears that someone he loves will need him, but he won't beable to help them and all he can do is watch while they fall...

He is fairly quiet though, and likes to think before speaking, and like any guy tends to hide his own emotions, and even though his mother is an empathet, he has learned to squash them so they cannot show to even her. He is skilled with occlumency in this way and uses it often. He can often be found alone playing his guitar, as his father taught him when he was little. He also enjoys things like Botany and Astronomy. Anything that can let his mind wander really.


Background
Hometown: Dublin, Ireland

Family: His Mother (Elaina Coulter Marcel) is a Healer who works with infants, children and expecting women and his father (Ian Marcel) is a potions master in town. He has a younger sister, Julianna(Jules), who is just about a year old now and was a blessing on the family.

Then there's Uncle Kevin and Auntie Grace. Not realy any relitives, but they have been around as long as he can remember and he has always been welcomed among them and their children.

He was raised as a strong catholic by his mother and his Aunt and Uncle. But that doesn't mean he's a 'good' boy.


History: Born when his parents were still in university, William was placed in the care of very close friends of the family, to be cared for untill they were out. He still sees his 'Aunt' and 'Uncle often because His bother and 'Aunt' are good friends. He really doesn't remember much of that, because he was so young, but he knew he was well loved. Once his mother and father graduated University they of course took care of him, raising him in the house that his mother and grand mother were raised in, where his great grandmother had lived and had passed onto his mother.

For the longest of time he was an only child. He wasn't sure if he wanted another sibling, but his mother would always have complications that would lead to misscarages. He knew this upset his father and mother greatly for he would often hear her crying at night, and his father trying his best to comfort her. He knew his parents were strong, but he wondered how much heartache they could take. He too began to want a sibling more and more instead of being indiffrent.

In his second year, an owl came that His mother was once more expecting and he prayed continuously for the health and safety of the new baby. Eight months later a small but healthy baby girl was born to great celebration by the family. Will even arived at school a month late so he could stay home with his mother to help watch the baby for a few more weeks.


Other
Pet: A Calico Kneazel, Natasha, who was his mothers is accompanying him to Hogwarts.

Broom:Nimbus 2001- A little out of date but good enough for the little flyign he does.

Significant Posessions:His photo frame that can change the picture to whatever the owners mind desires. Any memory can be turned into a picture and be displayed behind the glass. Usualy a picture of his family is in the frame. As well as a guitar given to him by his father (Nothing Magical about it really, just special to him)

Special Request: Slight empathy inherated from his mother. His slight empathy means that he can sence the emotions of others, but only if he is concentrating on the one person at a time. It takes a deal of effort on his part but he practices often to try and help it along so it doesn't take so much effort. Being raised with an empathetic mother and 'aunt' although he was only born with a slight gift he has been able to develop his powers further than what he had originaly.
