I would like to know how I can become a prefect, please.

Hmm, seems like Feef took most of the information down.

But you just can't become a prefect, (sorry if that sounds wicked mean .. X_x ) you have to be here for at least two months, and have a post count of at least 50. (Or it could be 100, but I'm almost positive it's 50.)

In the meantime, start role-playing and get the hang of HPU and take it from there. =)

Yeah that’s right, you do have to be here for at the minimum of 2 months. You also have to be a frequent poster and post at least 100 words. Also you house only needs so many Prefects, it has one head Prefect and the rest normal ones. Make sure that you get the hang of HPU for a while as being a Prefect is a big responsibility!

Yes, 2 or 3 months on the board, and a post count of at least 50 before prefectship is considered. You have to have excellent RP skills, maturity, a good attitude, a sense of responsibility and of course a good working relationship with the members of the board. We do not accept anyone with warning points against their name, who is on the mod que or who can not post in an appropriate manner.

There are 4 perfects per house, one head prefect who is usually selected from our existing team and 3 normal prefects who are choosen every year from the houses. An application for prefectship should be happeneing in 3 or 4 months for the new term, which of course you will be elligable for.
