Just thought I would ask. Is the staff lounge a OOC forum? Also the same for the Quiditch Locker rooms? I just wondered if the Staff lounge was like the Moderators office but for staff.

The Staff Lounge (which is a forum visble only to profs and staff, for anyone else who might be wondering), is technically used for both. We've RPed in there, and we've used it when the admin has needed to communicate only with the profs/staff members.
So, the answer: It's both. ^^
As for Quiddy locker rooms, I'm not sure... I'll let Fefe answer that one. I want to say it's both as well (since some new players people might need practice RPing in a game setting), but do NOT quote me on that, please. Only Fe can say for sure. ^_~

Breena is correct. Generally I let people use the locker rooms for both RP and OOC activities.
