History: Vanessa was spoiled when she was growing up. Then, when she was 9 years old, her father died of bone cancer. The family was broken. Vanessa started to get in trouble at school for talking back, instigating fights, and not finishing her homework. Then, a year and a half later, they recieved the letter.
Vanessa's mother was glad to send her away and bought her everything she needed for the year. This included two pet rats and a beautiful broom.
