Ok people!

For a while now I've been considering opening that forum up to everyone, but am not sure whether its going to work. So, it is open, but only for a trial run. If things go well we will leave it open and let everyone participate, if not we will have to lock it again.

I'm now typing up a set of rules for the forum, which will be posted later today. Anyone who can't obey those or the usual HPU rules will face the usual punishments, but on more serious offences Advisors will not be involved, and we will be going straight to warning points.
