History: Born in the slums of Essex, when her familys magical talent started to arouse suspicion, they retreated to Scotland. Her aunt is a squib and married to a muggle, so Fiona knows both worlds. She suffered a near fatal attack by a lethifold while holidaying in Greece last year, but her brother Aaron produced a patronus that saved her.

Reason: She wants to follow in the footsteps of her mother, father and elder brother. Fiona is very determined and would use this skill to the maximum to help the people of the world.

Added from PM: I was thinking along the lines of being able to perform spells really powerfully. She takes the usual amount of time to learn them, but she can perfom them so that they are double the strength. Only on defence spells though. Things like the sheild charm - hers would be able to deflect more powerful spells than most peoples.
