Ok, so, I was bored, and drew a picture of Hikari from Digimon. She came out looking pretty cute, so I decided to try something I never do - colour it. I used PSP7. But like, the hair does NOT look how I wanted it. I don't have a tablet so I can't do strands of it. I wanna make it realistic, but I NEVER CG... So, if anyone knows how to make hair look more real, please share. :)
And yeah, I'm getting both Photoshop and Painter 7 today, so..
I can probably do it on photoshop ~_~

i just coloured my har black and i recommed that you don't leave the bottle laying around because some types are volatile and they SPLODE when they sit, so remember, dispose after use!
it's kinda like you hafta dye it alot so don't do it unless, like, you wanna pay every several weeks because your roots are coming in......
also, it kinda sorta looks like a wig right after you dye it....since the color is so oterworldly and all....
