i'll explain about this game

in this game you'll be choosing 5 races and a gender (only 3 races that can be used as gender)

1. Hume
2. Tarutaru
3. Elvaan
4. Gulk
5. Mithra

and you'll be choosing 6 main jobs and you'll be using them also you can use advance jobs too. the advance jobs cannot be obtained until you completed the quest for it and also your main job has to be at least level 30 or above.

these are the main jobs

1. Warrior (WAR)
2. Thief (THF)
3. Monk (MNK)
4. Black Mage (BLM)
5. White Mage (WHM)
6. Red Mage (RDM)

and advance jobs

1. Summoner (SMN)
2. Samurai (SAM)
3. Paladin (PLD)
4. Black Knight/Dark Knight (BLK)
5. Ninja (NIN)
6. BeastMaster (BST)
7. Ranger (RNG)

also there are quests in this game, but some are simple and some are hard. there are missions in this game too. so if you beat a mission your rank points will go up if you donated crystals your rank points will be added too, but if you're in rank 1 you can't donate crystals only rank 2 or above.

you can get a subjob too, but not until you're level 18 and get certain items for it. the easy subjob quest is selbina which is between bastok and san d'oria. all you need is a crab apron, damselfly worm, and magicked skull.

oh by the way you need to choose your nation carefully after making your character so these are the nations

1. Bastok
2. San d'oria
3. Windurst

you can join the forces, but you have to be in the party to be one also you need to be in the party to fight some tougher monsters out there. if you're a SMN and/or BST you can fight even match monsters. even match monsters are 100 exp, decent challenge monsters are 50 exp, and tough (T) to incredibly tough (IT) is 150-200 exp each. easy prey monsters give you less exp.

when you die by a monster you have to go back to your homepoint or have someone to raise you or if you have Reraise than that's ok, but once you're revived you're gonna be in the weaken state so you have to rest (press H on your keyboard) till your weaken state wears off.

be careful on choosing your equipment because sometimes your defense is weak and sometimes your offense is weak too. you can buy equipments at the shop or at the auction house.

at the auction house you can sell stuff there, but be careful how you make the price higher otherwise people won't buy the stuff.

making things can take chances so be sure what combination you want to make and which crystals you have to use. Water is dissolve, fire is heat, Wind is carve, earth is bond, and thunder is split. if you're in the nation that has a region that means you can obtain crystals in the region if you're in the beastmen region that means you can't obtain crystals in that region. elementals doesn't drop crystals, but they drop clusters. yes the clusters can be used or sold.

Hint: Tarutaru race has High MP so use WHM, BLM and/or RDM. Gulk has high HP so use WAR, MNK, PLD, and SAM.

by the way the bills. it cost $17 per month and $1 per character you make. yes there's PC and PS2 version.
