yeah there are a few american shows that are beginning to steal the japanese style, but with an american feel. The American feel isn't a good thing, in my opinion, so I wouldn't bother to call these shows anime.
Russian on the other hand.

Heh, it's not anime, that spy show. Anime is Japanese Animation. Yeah now US is kinda taking the style, but they're never "get it"

Teen Titans has japanese singing in the theme song. Once night my sisters were watching it and I was like "O_o wait a second" *Turns up TV* WHOA thats japanese o.o XD
