MP3s are illegal as it is.

mIRC is the best place for everything. I havent found any MP3s yet though,

www.yourmp3.net is good.. at times.

www.winmx.com - i get my stuff there.

Every now and then I use www.soundclick.com. =P

Its not that great though.

mIRC is cool. you can actually get whatever you want there.
music, videos, anime, manga, etc.
