Title: Grades
Description: How much do they mean to you?

PinkDagger - August 9, 2003 05:28 AM (GMT)
Personally, I think grades matter to my parents the most. They just assume I try on every subject, all the time. My grades are averagely.. Average, if not better. I have yet to actually fail a subject, but I've gotten early to mid sixties for gym and history, since I take no interest whatsoever in those subjects. Yes, it does matter if I like the subject or not. Like science. I love science, and it was one of my highest marks. :3 What about youz?

I'm not one of those freaks that just try to get the best grades. Like their obbsessed with getting their grades good.

Well, of course you're gonna do better in classes you like more...I mean, usually, the better you like the class, the better you ARE at it..and if you're not good at it, you don't like it Oo Like I make C's and B's in math nowadays, but I ALWAYS make at LEAST B+ in science. When I was a kid I made A's in everything, but that started changing in middleschool...but I never make lower than a C (except for once in 6th grade), and only C's in math.

You say you've enver failed a subject, and yet you made 60s? Here, 69 and below is an F ><

My grades mean a LOT to me, and they will get more important to all of you surely as you advance in school (unless you intend on working at McDonald's or have a family business type thing to go to). They weren't that important to me until sometime in middle school when I started making C's, and then I realised how much stuff like that will affect what scholarships I can get and what colleges will want me later in life..I plan on trying ESPECIALLY hard there last 2 years. You know, how hard you try now shapes how hard you will have to work in the future.

that reminded me of something last year. Someone in another math class from me got like, a 30 and they got an A because the test was so hard. It's fun when that happens.

I think my grades are very important to me. If I wanna get a good future job, then i'll have to work hard. hard work pays off in the end.
