Description: pick a book!

If you could pick just one book where you could be Harry, which book would you want to be in?

Goblet of Fire. The end with seeing Cedric's death would be horrible and traumatic, but I would've loved doing the Triwidard tasks. It wouldn't have evened out, but I'd still rather do GoF than any other.

I would choose the Sorcerer's Stone to be Harry. This is the book when Harry discovers he is a real wizard. What a wonderful feeling that must of been for him. To actually know that you have the ability to use magic and you will be attending a school to learn it.

What a dream that would be!! :D

I would have to choose The Sorcerer's Stone. After so many years, this is the book that Harry finally discovers he's a wizard and doesn't have to live with the horrible Dursley's any longer. It's like his whole world is turned upside down, but in a good way. I would've loved to be Harry, when he met his friends, Ron, Hermione, and Hagrid, and went through Diagon Alley for the first time. That would be like a dream come true! :D

I chose Book 1 because this is when he opens his eyes to the whole wizarding world. such great excitement after living with the Dursley family. It had to be the book where he felt the most joy and adventure for the love of adventure excitement. His adventures thereafter are all problematic life saving, situations.

I would choose PoA because it has loads of exciting stuff like flying on Buck Beak and the Knight Bus and Harry still gets to play Quidditch (and win the cup) and he meets Sirius and Lupin for the first time.

I chose OotP, it would be so exciting to fight dementors and death eaters etc. Sort of the things that help you build character.
;)

I would chose the last one. I really don't know why!! But when I was reading it I felt really excited.

I would have to go with Prisoner of Azkaban. Having a chance to meet Lupin and participate in all his classes would be worth it all. Meetign Sirius and finally having a new feeling that you have an adult figure that can relate to you. Also winning the quidditch cup, riding buck beak, going through the willow, and not having to face voldemort would be an awsome experience!

I'd be Harry in Sorcerer's Stone. Like others said, finding out that you're a wizard and you get to go learn magic, that'd be awesome. Also, Harry meets Ron and Hermione, the roots of their friendship start from there. I'd love to have Ron and Hermione as friends, and it'd be great to experience that friendship from the very beginning. Also, Harry first flys on a broomstick, something that can't ever be reexperienced, your first flight. Just experiencing all the new things, it'd be great!

I picked The Prisoner of Azkaban. Even though the majority of the year was frightening for Harry, and he had to deal with Dementors, he found his Godfather, who he grew to love, who was the living link to his parents. Even though at the end he couldn't live with Sirius, he must have been so happy to have found him. :P
