Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

“There is a door at the end of a silent corridor. And it’s haunting Harry Potter’s dreams”. That is a line from the wickedly awesome book Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The fifth book in a series about an orphan wizard boy named Harry with a scar on his forehead. When Harry was very young, his parents were murdered by the most evil wizards alive Lord Voldemort. He tried to kill Harry but his plan failed. All Harry was left with was a permanent scar on his forehead.
This story begins in the middle of summer where Harry is awaiting the day when he would be able to return to his wizarding school Hogwarts and would be able to see his two best friends Ron and Hermione. That day he decides to take a walk and on his way home is attacked by a group of dementors. Harry is saved by Mrs. Figg, an old woman who is assigned to watch over Harry. He is soon taken to his godfather’s home where he is kept for the remainder of the summer. There he meets Ron and Hermione and learns about The Order of the Phoenix.
When Harry finally goes back to school he is confronted with more problems. He had previously been accused of using magic and had to go to a hearing to see if he were to be aloud to return to school. The jury let him and now that he was back at school more and more things seemed to be going wrong. There was a new defense against the dark arts teacher Professor Umbridge who was assigned by the ministry. She would only let the kids read books and would not let them do any magic. She also told them that you-know- who had return but Harry argued against it and got detention.
Harry kept having dreams about a long corridor that leads to a door, but just as he goes to it, he would wake up. In the end, Harry ends up finding in the Ministry of Magic the weapon that Voldemort was going to use against him. Using, courage and strength he escaped but his godfather was killed in the battle.
I believe that there is more to the story. When Sirius goes behind the veil and is gone into the spirit world, I believe that there is a way to bring him back. When Sirius gave Harry the object that would contact him whenever he needed him, the first time Harry tried to reach him, it did not work. But, I believe that later on it will work and there will be a way to bring Sirius back from that world.
In conclusion, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the best out of the five. Harry shows of bravery, courage, and attitude. He also looses loved ones and gains new friends. Many people don’t know what to believe and people who were once friends, are now enemies. I recommend this book to everyone who loves Harry Potter, and I hope they enjoy it as much as I did.
I am sorry to tell you, this is very brief and short, the expectation was 3 to 5 pages... However I liked it when you started off with a quote, that made me want to read your essay... You have added some analysis, but you could have added more...
