Title: COME ON!!
Description: ???

Star fox - July 14, 2003 08:34 PM (GMT)
I THINK THAT SOME OF YOU PEOPLE NEED COME ON THE SITE/FOURM MORE THEN YOU DO, AT LEAST 1 OR 2 TIMES A DAY!!!!

Burning Sheep Productions - July 15, 2003 08:43 AM (GMT)
In other words...
It's pretty damn quiet around here.
I know how you feel bud, but advertizing shall happen when we migrate to the IB Forum.

snabela - July 15, 2003 07:55 PM (GMT)
I agree with you. But I think people as GameHampe is at holiday right now. It is there because your game isn't at the Games Showcase yet. Surry! :(

Star fox - August 1, 2003 08:09 PM (GMT)
Hey, I think I know where everyone goes at, EZBOARDS. I want to register, its lots of active people that dont come here there. Its sad how I cant register, if I was to ask somthing on that board, I would get my answer just like thet. NO FAIR!!! <_< :(

Burning Sheep Productions - August 2, 2003 07:55 AM (GMT)
Don't forget it's the Official one and there's more people to talk to and this is just someones pityful board to them.

And the Q&A is hell, the questions keep comming and we can't keep up, I don't bother answering questions anymore because they're too stupid and you can just look in the manual to find it.
Once I asked a question and when I looked for it the next day it was on page 3 with a half-answer!!

Why can't you regester to EzBoard?
I couldn't, but after IB died and we moved back I could.
Just keep trying.

Star fox - August 2, 2003 08:09 AM (GMT)
After I fill in the information and click the register button, it does nothing.

snabela - August 2, 2003 08:40 AM (GMT)
Jamal. Check your browser config. Perhaps something is off but should have been one.

Another thing is that the official Game Maker forum perhaps soon will move back to Invision!

Burning Sheep Productions - August 2, 2003 01:01 PM (GMT)
No, Invision played up a bit so we're sticking with EzBoard to be safe.

snabela - August 2, 2003 01:33 PM (GMT)
QUOTE
Because the new light advertisement scheme of EZboards seems acceptable we decided to stay here longer until we are sure we can safely move somewhere else. We cannot tell yet when this will happen but will keep you informed.

Read this. It will move when it is safe!

I think, I know why this forum can seem dead a lot of the time...

1) Few members...duh!

2) All the active users live in another part of the world, BSP lives in Austrailia, I live on the west coast of Canada, casegrinder lives in the netherlands, Gamehampe lives in Sweden...on and on. Because of the time zones, it is hard to get on at the same time...i could spam and spam in this forum all afternoon (my timezone) for 6 hours and no one would stop cuz ALL the mods are asleep, on the other side of the world!

3) Everyone is amazed :o by my number of posts in the few days i've been here! ;)

Star fox - August 22, 2003 11:07 PM (GMT)
Yeah, I am very amazed, but my point is that we have to many people on this forum that dont post, most of them register just for a favor to the admin.

Monkster - August 23, 2003 02:34 AM (GMT)
Yeah... 1/3 of all the members have 0 posts!

Burning Sheep Productions - August 23, 2003 05:16 AM (GMT)
And the other third have only 1 or 2.

Monkster - August 23, 2003 05:27 AM (GMT)
while only 6 are active users!

Burning Sheep Productions - August 23, 2003 05:30 AM (GMT)
That's not alot.

Monkster - August 23, 2003 05:32 AM (GMT)
[SARCASTIC]
o really, i didn't know that!
[/SARCASTIC]

i know, thats why we need more members!

Burning Sheep Productions - August 23, 2003 05:34 AM (GMT)
I guess so.

Monkster - August 23, 2003 05:39 AM (GMT)
I know so!

Star fox - August 23, 2003 06:29 AM (GMT)
And everyone knows that I am a very very very very very very very very very very very very active user, well, not like monkster, so I am not a very very very very very very very very very very very very active user, I am just a very very very very very very very very very active user!

Burning Sheep Productions - August 23, 2003 07:50 AM (GMT)
I agree.

On the other hand, I don't live for the forum (I live for my fathers hi-tech labtop ;)) and this is just a relaxing place for me, just like the official board. It's my spending of my spare time. If I don't have spare time, I won't come here. Sometimes I go to the movies instead of the computer - hey, your message here sounds like you want us to sign a contract "if you register, even if just for fun, you are obliged to be here 2 times a day". Well that's how to keep the ppl away... It sounds SOO desperate.

Monkster - August 23, 2003 05:08 PM (GMT)
ya it does...but if we had more members in the first place, there would be more people on the forum, and then it would matter if u didn't go on the forum for a day, there would still be new posts.

and Jamal, ur wrong! I am a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very active user, while u are a very very very very very very very very very very acitve user...see the difference?

BomberJake - August 24, 2003 12:50 AM (GMT)
who really cares how many times u use the word "very" in ur post? nobody is gonna take the time to read through the whole thing. and i wouldn't talk to an moderator/administrator like that. they might have the ability to change their post number, and fully exceed ur number.

Burning Sheep Productions - August 24, 2003 12:52 AM (GMT)
We can't change post counts, and deleting posts won't alter the post count ether.

Monkster - August 24, 2003 01:13 AM (GMT)
why can't i talk to a mod like that? basically there the only ones to talk to here! (besides u and erik)

BomberJake - August 24, 2003 01:49 AM (GMT)
it's just not respectful. that's all i'm trying to say.

Monkster - August 24, 2003 01:52 AM (GMT)
sure i'll be more respectful if thats what u want. (insert respectful flaming item here)

Star fox - August 24, 2003 01:53 AM (GMT)
Please!

Monkster - August 24, 2003 01:57 AM (GMT)
bomberjake, would u please, kiss my @$$! thank-you. :D j/k
a mod told me to do it, so ha!

Star fox - August 24, 2003 02:01 AM (GMT)
Woh!

Monkster - August 24, 2003 02:02 AM (GMT)
buts its respectful, so bomberjake shouldn't have any problem with it! :D

BomberJake - August 24, 2003 02:05 AM (GMT)
u really got an attitude problem. i know ur religion. i know u shouldn't be using that language, whether spoken, written, or typed. i don't care if a mod/admin told u to say that. it's in no way respectful and completely childish. i'd say ur the n00b if ur using that kinda language.

Monkster - August 24, 2003 02:07 AM (GMT)
just jokin around...don't start a religious debate here...and don't call me a n00b..ever!

And technically speaking, i just told u to kiss my donkey!

Star fox - August 24, 2003 02:10 AM (GMT)
Look, why do you keep talking about mod/admin, he is not, stop saying that BomberJake!

Burning Sheep Productions - August 24, 2003 07:45 AM (GMT)
BomberJake, please stop telling people to have more manners, all it does is start arguments and stuff.
Like with Sparl, he posts some spam and people start harraing him and he gets angry and flames all over the place. It's better if you just ignore it and keep the fun.

casegrinder - August 24, 2003 04:31 PM (GMT)
yeah i agree with bsp

Star fox - August 24, 2003 07:50 PM (GMT)
I do to.

BomberJake - August 24, 2003 08:08 PM (GMT)
sorry everyone. i apologize for my actions. i assure u that this will not happen again.

Monkster - August 24, 2003 08:18 PM (GMT)
i forgive u...dunno if the mods will though  ;)

Star fox - August 24, 2003 08:25 PM (GMT)
I do.
