You need an agreement with him if you want to sell GM but you can sell your games without hassles.

SO you mean if I just made an orignal game with nothing of anyonoe elses, I can go up to my local store, register a bar code, and sell it at Target(Not Like that will ever happen) or sell it on my website without asking him?????
