Title: Battle game.
Description: help needed!

knight666 - September 20, 2003 06:11 PM (GMT)
I'm making a battle game in which the computer randomly makes the AI and the best one out of two robots goes up and has to fight against another randomly robot. This process keeps repeating 25 times.
The computer writes the AI like this:
action=trow a dice
if 1
then jump
if 2
then kick
etc.

But then there's another problem:
How to save those actions in a file?

So, actually, I got a nice idea and all, but NO idea of how to perform it. <_<

Please help.

You'll have to check the manual and see how to write/read files and stuff.

:D Cool, Tropper!
So you've found my link?

Tropper - September 21, 2003 10:01 AM (GMT)
Of coures i would. I like this forum better than that Game Maker Community ezboard froum. This one looks nicer and doesn't have any whine people who go nuts at you if you go a little of topic or post in the wrong froum.

I give this forum 2 tumbs up. :D

knight666 - September 21, 2003 10:03 AM (GMT)
I always liked this forum over the old, cos this one is waaaaaay less crowded. :D

That's a good thing and a bad thing.

But in this case it's a good thing.

knight666 - September 21, 2003 06:48 PM (GMT)

Monkster - September 21, 2003 09:35 PM (GMT)

Burning Sheep Productions - September 22, 2003 06:12 AM (GMT)
That's my motto!
"Stupid EzBoard!"

knight666 - September 23, 2003 03:00 PM (GMT)

See /|\ if you don't know where this topic is about. ;)

Tropper - September 24, 2003 04:03 AM (GMT)
Kinght. GO to the ra-tech center. Something there you need. For that medvil mod.

knight666 - September 24, 2003 01:08 PM (GMT)
