If you want one specifically for GM, you should try Dragon Script Lite. It has also function completion and stuff, and loads fast. The downside of SText is that if you set windows to open all TXT files with SText instead of Notepad, and you double click on a TXT file, SText opens, but the file must be opened manually via the File>Open menu.
