Here in Aus it's 16 for safe-sex and 18 for starting a family.

I don't think we have any laws about sex at a certain age in Canada...
Also, in Mexico, 16 is a VERY important birthday for girls...especially with the SUPER rich people...i heard that a girl got a Ferrari and a Cruise around the world for her b-day!!! :o
