CLASS: Swordsman

SP ATTACK: ~Running Riot~ Attack-9 Speed-42 --The user sprints toward the enemy at breakneck speed, and on passage, the attack is already made.-- This technique sacrifices the weapon's attack power for sheer speed. This move is specifically designed for either weak opponents or quick efficient attacks. Although not quite as effective, this technique is an effective one to have handy.

DESCRIPTION: For the time being, Silverglade has medium-lengthed light brown hair, stands about 5'11'' tall, weighs around 180lbs, and has blue eyes. Silverglade often wears his red and blue kimono-like clothing. The sewing job makes it so both the colors vary throughout the fabric. Although being partially demon, Silverglade bears no resemblence at all of a demon, he doesn't even have claws. This being true, he still posesses the admirably acute sences of scent and sound.

PERSONALITY: Silverglade is friendly when around aquantences, but wary and silent around new people, either way he is mostly silent and chooses the correct moments of that when which his opinion would be needed. In battle, Silverglade uses observation as his opponent's achillies heel. He uses their possible advantages and flaws against them by using to the practice of patient anticipation. Silverglade has all assets required to be a worthy opponent: strength, speed and intelligence. Silverglade holds strong to his beleifs and is willing to fight for them if necessary, but Silverglade will only do battle if he identifies the situation and recognizes it at a worthwhile fight, otherwise, he will just walk away.

ORIGIN: Silverglade was born and raised in demon territory. He led a normal life until he was outkast from the lesser part of his race due to his unusual heritage at age 15. Spending two full years in deep meditation and physical training, Silverglade became quite a deadly adversary. Within these two years, Silverglade found a sword called Dagekai, meaning "to strike." With a new blade and newfound capability, Silverglade wanders the countryside, going from town to town, wondering what his life will behold next.

SAMPLE RP: Weary from a full days travel, Silverglade was more exhausted than he had been in a long time. He was in no mood for anything except sleep. Silverglad found a nice grassy spot and started matting it down, making a bedding for himself. Heading over to the river to drink his fill of the clean water, something stirred in the brush behind him, something big. Silverglade couldn't identify the scent; he was in no condition to fight, he had been traveling for at least 14 hours with little time to rest and could barely see let alone smell. Blood rushing to his head Silverglade attempted to draw the Dagekai but upon reaching, lost his balance and fell. The weight of his sword was too heavy for his weatherbeaten body. Frantically he stripped off his sword and searched for something usable as a weapon. The thing slowly revealed itself. it was a feared demon in this certain city. It was called a saber demon, some kind of cross-breed from a lion and a bear. It was a flaring orange color with a red striped maine, piercing terquiose eyes, fangs the size of large daggers, and paws the size of a human head. The saber demon reared up on it's hind legs and bared both fang and claw growling with malice, standing at least a foot taller than Silverglade and weighing in at around 475lbs. Without warning The huge monster pounced on the collapsed Silverglade knocking the air out of him and wrenching his back. Bounding not far away it stopped readying to finish off it's would-be dinner. Fighting for breath, Silverglade crawled to his sword, unsheathed it, and grabbed the gnarled hilt. The beast crouching near him opened it's wide jaw and sprang. With the last once of his strength Silverglade hurled his new sword at the demon. The weapon moved like a boomerang and hit the demon on the reverse side being only a single-edged blade. Although the blade side did not hit, the weight of the impact on the demon's body intantly crippled it killing it before it hit earth. The massive corpse landed just in front of Silverglade shaking everything around it. Silverglade, barly concious, sat up and looked at the demon, and fell slowly back down, and got some well deserved rest.

No really, help me out here...

JohnHawk - August 25, 2004 01:47 PM (GMT)
well, all that i see wrong with it is the attack... the stats for your attack are supposed to be the same as your weapon

peacemillion117 - August 25, 2004 02:11 PM (GMT)
Yeah about that, I was thinking... Isn't that the special attack? Because theres the regular attack which obviously uses the original weapon stats, and then you have your special signature move. I was under the impression that was what the attack category was for, to customize your attack within the weapons skill point total. EXAMPLE 1: My total weapon skill points would be 51. And somebody with a katana would be 48. Unfair? No. Each weapon would have it's own advantage and disadvantage. EXAMPLE 2: If you get the warblade you'd have the most skill points, but then again your original attack is not very fast. I also thought that your special attack turns would be limited to what stats it would require. EXAMPLE 3: my attack is called running riot and is based on speed. Now, I'm not you guys, but I thought that you'd be able to use your speacial attack in each battle by multiples of five. EXAMPLE 5: My speed is 5, that means I can use my speacial attack once per battle. Someone with ten points in their own required category would be able to use their speacial attack twice in a battle. etc.

So anyway, I thought that was somewhat similair to how you guys operated. If i'm wrong please correct me.
