Title: Web Comic Providers

I'm sure that quite a few of you are web comic arts, correct? Nansjns and I have been working on a story for quite some time and now we are working on the illustration of it. We already know about Keenspace.com, everybody knows about Keenspace.com. My friend discovered drunkduck.com. I was wondering if any of you know about any other web comic providers out there that might be good.

C'mon, doesn't anyone here have any suggestions for good (free) webcomic hosts? Anyone?

You could just post the images on your own site.

OnlineComics.net hosts comics, I believe. I think you already have to have the pages posted, but you could run them through Geocities or the like and then advertise them through the site.

At least, I think you could do that.

EDIT: KeenSpace has its own free webcomic provider. Formerly known as KeenSpot, it now goes by the name of Comic Genesis. Worth checking out, especially if you plan on upgrading to KeenSpace later on when you can afford it. As far as I've seen, KeenSpace seems to be the most comic friendly provider, and there doesn't seem to be any restriction to page layout, which is a plus.

onlinecomics.net doesnt host comics, its technically just a place to advertise more or less......

from what i know, keenspace and drunkduck are the only sites that are designed for webcomics. other host sites are hosts for websites, but also useable, though i have absolutely no idea how to do so.

Keenspace, drunkduck, smackjeeves.com, and xepher.net are the most popular that come to mind. Though with xepher you need a program to make the site on.
