I have watched the WHOLE series!! PH34R ME!! and read the lastest manga, and pretty much know everything there is to know! You can find out a lot about this if you go it Ear Tweak!!. It's amazing, it give u manga, and fanart and soo much good stuff!! ^^

My favorite character is Kagura!! (still angry at rumiko...) so who else knows this series??

my favorite character of inuyasha though, is Kouga-kun! he's so sexy ^^'. I love Jakotsu and Bankotsu too though ^-^. I've only seen clips of Jakotsu doing this online, but i think it's kyoot and funny as hell when he tries to hit on Inuyasha.. I found this other inuyasha website one time (forgot the address and everything..) and it had a funny thing on it called "victims of sexual harrassment" and god, is there anyone jakotsu doesn't hit on!?
i was jakotsu for halloween, so i really love him alot ^^ he's so kyoooot.

Okay, help me out here - which one is Jakotsu? And when, where, and why would he try to hit on Inuyasha?? :blink:

he's one of the shichinintai (i think means seven man army..)
and he's openly gay (i'm not technically talking about yaoi, so this description's okay, right?). and he thinks inuyasha's ears are cute, and plans to kill him and steal his ears.. yeah..he's weird..but that's why he's so damn kyoot!!

And he even hits on Kouga and Kouga is like, "Are you talking to me?" But Kouga isn't as cute as Inuyasha... and he hates women so he gets angry when Sango tries to fight him.

Oh course, that's how the character is. There is cannon shounen-ai and yaoi and then there is fan created shounen-ai and yaoi. When a character is gay that is how the character is. We just prefer not to watch the hard-core anime = yaoi, but there are some shounen -ai titles that I do like, but that's how the characters are. The creator created them that way.

Fan created shounen-ai and yaoi is where "we" really (we= me and my friends = fem-gri-la ;) ) don't want on here. If the creator wants a character to be gay he or she will make the character gay. But there are the manga that never tells you specifically and there are times when it's "Oh no we're not gay!" then there are times when there is the yaoi fodder *cough*YamiNoMatsuei*cough* In those cases... just don't fight over it. lol

poor kouga..he's plenty kyoot!! ....well, to me he's more sexy then kyoot..i seriously love his legs!! i found two fanart i love that really capture the beauty of them..
yeah, in the screencaps, kouga was like "what's this guy talking about?"...i want to see that episode so bad ^^;
i saw a clip from when sango tried to fight him..he said he got stuck with a lame person to fight with or something, basically, right? i couldn't help but laugh..

my favorite episode to see right now though, is the one where they think muushin's goin' to die.. and then up on that mountain..when kagome, shippo, hachi, and sango are all intoxicated..*shakes head laughing*

I think I stopped watching the anime shortly after the Shinshintai.. sp? showed up... I do have a few eps that I still need to watch... just a matter of getting my hands on it.

But I've kept up with the manga so I'm still familiar with the story... unless there are fillers - don't know about those. lol :lol:

i havn't seen any the shichinintai episodes, but i've read about when bankotsu dies, and he just seems so sad about jakotsu dying..*sniffs* makes me cry..

sometimes... if the filler episode is done well, it can be great - but if it's not done well, it just feels like a filler which isn't fun. LOL

The one filler that I can remember just loving was when Mannon and Hiten's sibbling came and Shippou had to go fight. I was laughing so hard! It was such a cute funny filler.

yes!! their little sister!! she was so kyoot!! (houten i think her name was?). i loved the end when she drew the picture of shippo! i wish she would've come back in another episode after that, but sadly it didn't happen..

yeah, fillers that are done badly are unenjoyable.. i like ones that are either really funny, or can make me cry..like "back to where we first met". probobly not a filler, but it doesn't really effect the plot, and it makes me cry everytime i see it..

Okay, so Jakotsu hasn't been introduced to the English speaking audience yet; that explains why the name didn't sound familiar. My knowledge of Inuyasha is sadly limited to the English translation. He sounds like an interesting character - kinda creepy with the wanting to kill Inuyasha and keep his ears thing, but interesting. :blink:

I agree, some filler eps are really good and others suck. I liked the ep with the little thunder demon girl, that was really fun! And, no, "back to where we first met" isn't filler.It wasn't quite the same as the manga, but it wasn't that different, either. It's quite moving, isn't it?

i only learned about jakotsu through fan websites, and i immediately fell in love with him! almost makes me wish i were a guy..

yeah, i didn't think it was a filler episode..either way, it made me cry and it's my favorite one, english or japanese! though i like it in japanese more, 'cause kagome's english voice seriously annoys me to no end..
T-T i havn't seen kouga in the anime for awhile..i miss him...must remind myself to stop watching fruits basket again, and watch my one and only inuyasha dvd with juromaru and kageromaru!

I can proudly say I have seen evry episode of InuYasha. And, by my screen name, I'm sure you know who my favorite character is. And how come everyone hates Kikyo so much?

Why? Why does everyone hate Kikyou? Well, I wouldn't say everyone. There are a fair few who hate Kagome and thing Kikyou is much better. But let me tell you why I hate Kikyou.

I'm biased in favour of Kagome, I'll admit it right away. I can't exactly say why I like her, but I do. Anyway, I support the Inuyasha/Kagome pairing. So when Kikyou was first revived, I thought: 'Oh, no... As if Inuyasha isn't messed up already what with the 50 years of sleeping beauty time pinned to a tree, it turns out he loved Kikyou and 'died' hating her, which is understandable, under the circumstances.' And what was this going to do to the fragile, budding relationship between Kagome and Inuyasha? Well, when Kikyou fell off that cliff, I breathed a sigh of relief. Closure for Inu so he can live in the present. But no.

Kikyou's constant reappearances fairly stop the Kagome/Inuyasha romance in its tracks, since Inu is constantly angsting about Kikyou. And this bugs me. Even though she's moving around, Kikyou is dead. There's not much left for her. In fact, she angsts all the time too, and she doesn't seem to want to be with Inuyasha very much. Every time he sees her, he asks her if she's sure she doesn't want to join him, and she says yes, I'm going to stay away and let you worry about my undead safety. And yet, she keeps on bugging him. The poor boy needs closure, and with Kikyou still shambling around like the zombie she is, he's not getting it.

Now, if that were all, I'm sure there would be a lot more people rooting for her than there are presently. I mean, Kikyou has a cool attitude and she kicks ass. She's obviously much neater than Kagome, who, being from the present, knows very little about demon-slaying except what she picks up travelling with Inuyasha and company, and is more human and approachable. (She does what she can, and quite frankly, for someone from another world, does a pretty good job.)

The trouble is she steals Kagome's shikon shards and pushes her into a deep crevice. Now that is certifiably evil. There was absolutely no reason to do what she did, and yet she did it. And if that wasn't enough, she goes up to Naraku and gives him the shard.
Kikyou gives as her reason for this that she wants Naraku to gather all the shards and become full-demon so she can kill him without regrets. And this is frankly bullshit. First of all, why should a woman who pushes another girl into a bottomless crevice for no reason get all teary-eyed and reluctant to kill a man who in his previous life was just as despicable as he is in his present life, even if he still has a human soul? And second, it is extremely arrogant and extremely stupid to give your enemy more power, and assume you will still be able to kill him. Look at Vegeta in Dragonball Z during the Cell Saga. He had Cell beaten to a pulp. But then he decided the whole thing was boring and gave Cell Android 18. And then Cell beat him to a pulp. No one ever said Vegeta was smart, but Kikyou always struck me as a practical individual.

Shippo is the most cutest character in Inuyasha. I'm all over his cute little tail! :wub: Have you ever seen the episode where Shippo learns his special ability, the "heart scar?" It was hilarious when he bits Inuyasha in order to pay back for bullying him.
