Title: The Castle Beyond The Looking Glass
Description: The greatest Inuyasha movie ever!!

I just recently saw one of the lastest Inuyasha movies, 'Castle beyond the looking glass' and I must saw even after watching it mabye twenty-thirty times it still hypnotizes me every time. The animation isn't lacking anything, and the plot has many unpredicted twists and turns which make it one of the greatest movies ever!! The only draw back is the fact only the subtitles are in english, but the rythm of the charecters speaking in Japanese just makes it all the better! It starts rather suddenly and some people might be confused for the first five or so minutes, but then it all makes sense. It actually starts with Naraku dying, but thats just the beginning....

Yes, please, tell us where we might find it! I'm very curious about the Inu Yasha movies! :)

hmm... I have to disagree a little... First of all, yes, I LOVE inuyasha, so that's not the problem. the animation in the movies is GORGEOUS. I love it to death. but I guess I didn't think the 2nd movie's plot was all that great. It was based around the old fairytale of "The Bamboo Cutter" which is pretty much about a poor bamboo cutter who finds a beautiful daughter while he's out cutting bamboo... When she's older, he wants only the most worthy man possible to have her, so he makes her suitors each take on an impossible task(find fire rat's fur, buddha's cup, a jeweled branch from a magic tree, etc...) to prove their worth... While it was a pretty interesting storyline, to me it felt more like a fanfiction than something that would ever really take place in the regular plotline. that may or may not be a good thing, depends on what you like. personally though, i thought some of the stuff in the movie seemed a little out of character... but again, that's just my opinion. The movies just don't seem to have the same feel as the series I suppose. I'm looking forward to the 3rd movie though. I actually was going to write a fanfic about inuyasha's father... but of course it never got anywhere and now i'm just blabbing on about myself... so i'll get back on topic... Inuyasha movies = pretty darn cool...

I didn't know it was based on a legend, the name reminded me of Through the looking glass for obvious reasons but I that was all I had figured out. I got it from this site...
http://www.discountanimedvd.com/default.htm . Yes, the third movie looks cool, but I don't know to much about it. I thought Miroku was perfectly in charecter at least  He never quits does he?

I was just wondering, does the 3nd movie have inu-yasha's dad in it? I remember seeing something at club about that but I just can't remember which movie they were talking about.

I think it's the 2nd movie where it shows InuYasha's father. Meh... I forget. I've been trying to download the movies or find them in stores, but I just never see them... Hopefully, they're at atomic comics. I'm going there today or tomarrow. ^_^

You're thinking of the 3rd movie: Inuyasha Hadou no Ken (i THINK is the title) is the one with inuyasha's father. It was pretty good. I liked it more than the 2nd one. About tied with the first one, but that's just my opinion. Oh yeah, and Inuyasha's dad is hot. so is his brother Sesshoumaru... but now i'm getting off topic...

I saw the movies when my friends and I were still on our Inuyasha trip... I actually liked the first movie best. It had the best fight scenes, I thought. Except for that thing at the end with the arrow was pretty cheezy. You just wanted to yell: "we shall defeat you with the power of love!" >_<

When Inuyasha and Kagome kissed, my face was soooo red! I desperatly wanted both of them to finally DO SOMETHING ROMANTIC.
