Since Febrary is the month that has the "LoVe" holiday known as Valentine's Day. We... (Tychou and I) have decided to do an art challenge, for the month of l'amour (phrase stolen from Pan Pan).

Here is the challenge:

Send us a picture that you drew of your favorite anime couples.

Rules:
1. No copied poses
2. No copied pictures
3. No copying period
4. File formats MUST BE jpg or gif ONLY, send to femgrila@hotmail.com
5. Have fun

If you have any questions, ask them here and we will gladly answer them.

Deadline: last day of February. (and we will get them up on the fridge quicker this time.. I promise! ;) )

PLEASE make sure that you've made the files a reasonable size.. you know.. make them big, but shrink them to 72 dpi before you send them? that kind of courteous thing to do when one sends pictures to others' email addresses..

Yay~! I'll actually put EFFORT into this one 'kay? Luckily, I'm now an avid oekaki-er, so my art is good. ^__________________^

And if you can include some text, like who the couple is and why you chose to draw them... you know on that line, so this time around we can add comments to the pictures, since that got ripped on last time.. *cough* by tychou *cough*

And besides, I would of liked to have comments on there too, but I didn't know what to put and we needed to get it up on the fridge.

Uh...I would...if I had a scanner...BUT I will draw something just for the heck of it! And when I do get a scanner I shall send it. Will that be okay? But if not I'm sorry that I could not participate.

Oh and with the pictures, if you could also tell us why you drew that couple.. blah blah... etc. THanks! Any comments you send in the email will most likely be up on the page with your drawing.

Just a quick question, do these couples have to be from established anime and manga series? Or can we do characters from something like Path of a Fallen Angel, which I love, or Modern Sorcere Shishiro, which I also love.
Just wondering.

*waves hand around* I think MSS and PoaFA should count! :D What? of course I'm not biased! what are you talking about? lol... um but yeah, i think it should be ok, I mean... most of us insert ourselves into the "couples" so I say go for it.

If I could draw, (which I can't), I'd enter. I would if I could, but I can't, so I won't. :( I really wish I could, though. My only artistic talent seems to be creating Sailor Moon edits.
