I'm sure you've all heard that a few Anime series' are being turned into Live Action movies, but I was wondering just how many are being produced and if anybody has any information on them? Thus far I've heard about:

Dragon Ball Z
Akira
Lupin III
Ninja Scroll
Neon Genesis Evangelion

Gundam Already has one (G-Savior).
Sailor Moon and GTO already have their own TV series' and Cutey Honey is being produced in Japan.

the only movie i know for sure on is the Eva one. i know the graphic artists that did the cg for lord of the rings are working on it, along with studio gainax, but that's about all i know.

Really?! Wow, I always used to joke about how funny a DBZ movie would be. *insane laughter* That could be cool. Hope they don't ruin it. They'd have hords of fans after them for ruining some of those titles.

I read somewhere that they were going to do a YGO live action movie. And it will not work, especially with such an ugly guy playing seto kaiba, blegh! :angry:

It's kind hard to ruin something that's already broken in the first place. ;) Besides, they did the DBZ movie once...it was the worst thing I have seen...ever. But it was also the Best DBZ I have seen...ever! :D :ph43r:

I heared they're going to make a live action movie out of Real Bout High School. Yarr... I can't remember the name of the girl that was going to play Ryoko... Melissa... something... ><
