I'll post pictures as soon as my horrible Digicam gets around to working...-_-*

I made it out of white cotton knit with pink cotton knit for the inner ear. Blue cotton knit for the belt and the same cotton knit for the things that hang down. At the end of the hangy things, I glued/sewed on a gold button with the buttony thing on the back, so it looks like the coin thing. ^^;; Belt loops made out of the same white cotton knit and the belt has silver gromits (sp?) in it. Sewn at the edges so it looks belt-ish. It's really nice.

My mom helped me with most of it. I have the Takuto keychain, so she could see it well. She kept calling him a girl, though. >< I was like, "Mom! It's a freakin' guy! Get it right!" And she was like, "Uh-huh. Anyway, she has the ears like this..." >.<

I want to make another and sell it on eBay. Maybe one for my friend. I also want to make a Meroko costume and a Izumi hat. ^^

My brother's like, "If you're making the hat, make the whole costume!" And I'm like, "No! Crossdressing cosplay?! Especially Ta-kun?! NO WAY!" and he says, "I'll do it then!" And I'm like, "No! I am NOT seeing you in a middrif top!" And he's like, "Point taken." XD

All cosplay I have seen of Takuto makes my body cringe. It's way icky. Especially the guys who don't bother to shave. ><

Dude. Crossdressing Cosplay.. aka 'Crossplay' totally ROCKS! All the anime girls dress like sluts or schoolgirls, or look totally STUPID pretty much.. some have pretty kimonos or other traditional japanese garb, but for the most part, you really have to dig to find a good costume, and even if you CAN find one (like Belldandy or something) you end up having to be a skinny lil twig to look good in it! Dress like a guy! it's SO much more fun!! Not only that, but if you really have objections to the midriff, either wear a skin colored leotard underneath, or just wear a normal black shirt! Nobody will care THAT much. Takuto would be fun to cosplay, I think! His outfit is totally cool. Yeah, lots of people that shouldn't have cosplayed him, but I've seen a couple of guys that looked cute, and girls that looked ugly as Meroko.. so.. *shrugs*

Anyway, of course I like Crossplay... Except for Mine, guys are all I've dressed as!! Same with most of the femmes.. MOSTLY guys in the last couple of years at least.

*shrugs* I have no objections to the middrif, but I just don't wanna CrossPlay. ><
