This Jake guy seems like he's in right now. Like he's involved in whatever's going on with Dmitri or Yuri or whoever the hell he is. But that doesn't matter. Jake is too new. Too green. He can't possibly know Gaia as well as I do. Gaia and I have a history- a whole heart-wrenching, mutual lust and longing kind of history. And that doesn't just go away because some mojo-having tool enters the picture.
No. Gaia loves me. It may be buried. It may be confused with something else. It may be a while before she realizes it. But Gaia Moore is mine. We were meant to be together. We're soul mates.
And sooner or later she's going to realize it, too. |

i just have this feeling that jake isn't going to last long... like Sam said... I don't think Jake truly understands Gaia. Sure she's got this weird spyfamily and that Gaia kicks ass... but there's more than that and Sam is the one who knows it. :D

Sam also knows about Gaia's past (namely Loki) and how dangerous Loki can be, even if he is suppressed at the moment. Jake doesn't know/understand Loki. He thinks Oliver is totally cool, so if Loki re-emerged he may have trouble believing that Oliver/Loki could be evil.

True, but we're not allowed to talk about jake in this thread, here were only alowed to talk about sam. And besides, in that quote she's saying that she has feelings for sam, and is confused and is still not sure what to do (whether she should tell him about Jake or not etc.), so she's trying to keep things simple by just focusing on the moment.

that's such a good point ^_^ Jake just thinks Sam is this stupid paranoid freak when Sam is trying to warn gaia the loki is re-emerging. :frusty:

what else is jake sopossed to think? oliver has been nothing but great to jake since they met. and do u really think jake is gonna belive his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend who obiviosly still has felling for her? Sam is too loyal to give up on Gaia, he's so patient while he watches Ed and Jake with Gaia. He waits for her to love him back. He'll never give up on her because she'll realise that she loves him too.

I totally agree with isabella, Sam is patient, and loyal, and he always puts Gaia first. And now he stongly believes that he and Gaia are meant to be together, its just a matter of time until Gaia comes around.

This isn't a conversion thread. Its just a thread were Sam fans can come and talk about him all they like. Your not allowed to say anything mean about Sam or talk about anyone else in this thread. Its the rule, that's why there are threads for each guy.
One of my favorite parts in the series is where Sam and Gaia kiss at the end of book 12, and she says that if feels like coming home. I can read that part over and over again and never get tired of it.

I love the book "Bad" because it shows Gaia totally letting go of her armour and how in love she is with Sam. Jake might've taken a bullet for Gaia, but Sam went through way more physically and emotional pain.

He wanted to, when he knew that they were both ready. But then Loki got in the way. And that one time they got really close, but then Sam got that freaky warning call, and the next day pics of them making out on the bed. After that, he wouldn't get any closer and I don't blame him.
