I am so sad. Stupid Fox is cancelling Point Pleasent cuz of ratings. :( Personally, i would give up the OC and all the other shitty shows they have for Point Pleasent, because I love it and it doesn't deserve to go. :( :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :( :( :( :( :(

Yeah me and M were at this site called The Satan Child, but it closed since Point Pleasant got cancelled.

I think they're showing some in the UK and I'm pretty sure it was on over there

f***** Fox....they cancel every show that has a potential fanbase... <_< Maybe if they let it stay on a few weeks longer it would have more interest and fans...I guess it just didn't peak much interest.

I know! It had, like, 4 million viewers. That might not be the best ever, but still, they could've at the very least continued until the end of the season!!! Someone should start a petition to get point pleasent back!

LOL, there already is a petition, since episode six there's been at least one or two, if you join a yahoo group you can get links to at least 4 petitions, however I think that they'll be showing the rest of the episodes everywhere except the US, or maybe just last week's episode not sure, but I'm downloading them all anyway.

Why would they do that? is this revenge on George Bush? If it is, they shouldn't be punishin us innocent teenagers who watch the show and weren't able to vote against him!!

Well in the US Point plesant has so many other popular shows to compete with...in other countries, they usually get shows later...at least the shows on fox...

Well if you have downloading programs like Shareaza, or Kazzaa, you can download the episodes, sometimes it takes between a day or three to download one, but it's worth it!

Also, I was thinking of starting a point pleasant board again, because some of my so called friends at thesatanchild.net persuaded me to close my board so I can help them promote The Satan CHild, and I did, I got Marie to join, some of the members at the old board joined, and then they close!!! :angry: I got mad with some of the moderators there and I no longer speak to them, would you guys like to help me possibly not only make a board but a site too later on, because point pleasant is so down now. specially since it got cancelled the sites are just all deleteing themselves one by one. :stick:

yes, i remember that. i was sad when you got rid of your site. :( i did like the satan child, though. if I knew anything about this kind of stuff, I would gladly help, but I don't. and I'm not really sure about how the site/board would go since it hasn't really survived very long.

gr, gr, gr. I think someone should schdule a protest against Fox. The should've at least finished with the season and given the chance for new people to show up. I mean, I only watched 2 or 3 episodes of the O.C., but then I watched more of the second season. I'm not sure if I should blame fox or the people who wrote the 1st episode for the cancellation of PP.
