Title: Gaia [In Fearless FBI]

FGaia13 - November 16, 2004 12:41 AM (GMT)
It seems so weird..... Gaia will be 20 in Fearless FBI, it seems much more older, and grown up, wouldn't Tom feel weird? Gaia most definiely doesn't need him now, how can he feel wanted?
We all know how Gaia is, even though she needs you, she won't show it... and now that she's older, it seems the older she gets, the more independent she is. It'll seem hard to get to know her, it really sucks to be Gaia, lonely, no sense of necesity, because she's fearless, she doesn't understand the need to cry out for help when she needs it..... -_-

Laine - November 16, 2004 01:12 AM (GMT)
I know what you mean...but how can she be that different...it would make no sense if she was because it's only three years older than she is now. At least we know she has a legitimate birthday...finally. I just really hope that she doesn't have like all these love interests and forget about New York or herself..it just seems that everytime she supposedly has a breakthrough in her whole solitary philosophy, she doesn't really ever learn anything...and I think we're all totally tired of that.

Domino - November 16, 2004 01:24 AM (GMT)
I think that she knows that sometimes she needs to cry on someone's shoulder. But I think because she's fearless and has such an abnormal life, she feels that she can't do that because someone might get hurt. Or something bad happens.

Laine - November 16, 2004 01:35 AM (GMT)
I think the problem is that Gaia thinks that being Fearless makes her do too many things on instinct, without thinking about other people's feelings. But in reality she's always calculating her next move whether its chess, fighting, or her relationship with Oliver/Loki, Tom, and whatever guy she's with. She thinks too much about hurting people and even though she doesn't want to, she ends up hurting everyone around her including herself. I wonder how it's gonna be in Fearless FBI...

Domino - November 16, 2004 01:37 AM (GMT)
That's a good question.... all we know is that she's older, and definitely more independant, which is what I expected of her when she got older.

allyar - November 16, 2004 01:50 AM (GMT)
i like it better with her being 17 because i could relate to her better now i have to wait 4 years until i can relate to her again

EddieBear2004 - November 16, 2004 02:39 AM (GMT)
Yeah, I know. Like, I'm trying to remember a quote. I know it had something to do with girls being obsessed with guys when she said she "met someone who changed her life" (think those were the words.) I know she isn't going to be jumping into guys like her life depends on it, and she'll be wiser, but I think she'll somewhat be the same ol' Gaia we all know and love.

Yeah, Allyer, know what ya mean. Also very accurate, Laine and everyone else (don't feel like typing everyone's names, and plus I have to get off soon). Impressive.

FGaia13 - November 16, 2004 09:50 PM (GMT)
Yes, for some reason it doesn't seem like she'll be jumping off into guys this time, it seems less romantic.

EddieBear2004 - November 17, 2004 12:35 PM (GMT)
well, there's definately gonna be a guy in the future, that's the way FP writes.

fearless_shaz - November 17, 2004 04:07 PM (GMT)
i so agree.i mean look hw many guys liz and jessica have had..and hw many times have they both said "i love u" to so many differ guys...gaia is going to be one long series of books

Robin - November 17, 2004 06:49 PM (GMT)
Yeah I'm not even sure if its gonna come to Sweden.

FGaia13 - January 17, 2005 10:38 PM (GMT)
ooo for real! I'tll take a little while to go to other countries.

Raquel - January 17, 2005 11:34 PM (GMT)
Gaia sounded really diffrerent in FBI i don't know how im going to feel about the new her, i'm proably just over reaxting but she seemed really diff. in the sneak peek. and with the guys i dont think there will be as many guys for her too the way she acted.

Domino - January 18, 2005 12:31 AM (GMT)
I guess well just have to see. Gaia did sound different. Older, like she's learned the things that happen in high school aren't that huge once you've moved on from it.

FGaia13 - January 18, 2005 12:43 AM (GMT)
I dunno, but she didn't seem that different, I think though that the whole FBI thing is weird, cause Gaia is supposed to be anti-agencies.

athena - January 18, 2005 03:43 AM (GMT)
well I guess shes changed..why would should be in the FBI..she does seem more sophisticated like she's really confident with herself

EddieBear2004 - January 18, 2005 10:17 PM (GMT)
yeah, in the excert I think she said that she never thought she'd be in the FBI, but there she was.

Mary Moss - January 19, 2005 02:05 AM (GMT)
Don't you have to send in some kind of resume to get into the FBI? I've been to CIA.gov (the CIA site) and you have to fill out an application, do several interviews, drug tests, and wait over a year before you find out if you have a job or not. They are also very selective, only people with really high GPA's. Or so it said on the site. I wonder if the FBI is the same?

totallyscamed - January 20, 2005 12:09 AM (GMT)
it's going to be so wierd that she's older. hope that at least she's the same preson. i hope she doesn't cange too much!

Haunted Heart - January 20, 2005 03:43 AM (GMT)
i hope so too..

Mary Moss - January 20, 2005 10:14 PM (GMT)
she'll be a little different....

athena - January 21, 2005 01:51 AM (GMT)
change is not bad, but it's not Fearless anymore so you should expect a lot of changes in the setting, characters and the plot..

Mary Moss - January 21, 2005 03:09 AM (GMT)
change is a good thing (for the most part).....

athena - January 22, 2005 01:01 AM (GMT)
Gaia may be older in fearless fbi but she probably still be the same old Gaia I don't think that's going to change..FP is sometimes unpredicatable

FearlessFan13 - January 22, 2005 03:03 AM (GMT)
i agree with you there 100%! :innocent:

Mary Moss - January 22, 2005 04:12 PM (GMT)
she probably won't change much, or I hope so.....

FearlessFan13 - January 24, 2005 12:04 AM (GMT)
if she does change, i will be honestly pissed off. ive been expecting way to much for her to change... that will just ruin her character. i rather hv badass gaia than some softe.

Mary Moss - January 24, 2005 03:02 AM (GMT)
softey Gaia isn't good...

Raquel - January 24, 2005 06:58 PM (GMT)
i just wnat her to be the same gia we all know and love

Mary Moss - January 24, 2005 08:41 PM (GMT)
..except none of the old characters will be there...

athena - January 25, 2005 06:29 AM (GMT)
Gaia going softy doesn't really fit her character..

FearlessFan13 - January 25, 2005 11:15 PM (GMT)
 *shudders at the thought*

Mary Moss - January 26, 2005 12:14 AM (GMT)
Well "soft" Gaia is a lot like Gaia in the last few books when she had fear....

Haunted Heart - January 26, 2005 06:22 AM (GMT)
yeah..and it sux

FearlessFan13 - January 27, 2005 09:06 PM (GMT)
Gaia has changed, but not in a bad way. she has higher self-esteem,("a reasonably attractable girl like me") and think she thinks higher of herslef. i dont think she will/or will be a softie. doesnt suit her. but im dying of curiosity who this "special someone" is and what will happen to her old pals back in new york??

Mary Moss - January 27, 2005 09:54 PM (GMT)
"reasonably attractive?"

fearless_fan - February 7, 2005 09:23 PM (GMT)
QUOTE (Mary Moss @ Jan 27 2005, 04:54 PM)
"reasonably attractive?"

ur right. gaia is drop dead gorgeous. (at least according to almost every male she comes into contact with)

QUOTE (allyar @ Nov 15 2004, 08:50 PM)
i like it better with her being 17 because i could relate to her better now i have to wait 4 years until i can relate to her again

lol, i have to wait six. ;)

allyar - March 13, 2005 06:42 PM (GMT)
wait did gaia say "a reasonably attractable girl like me"? I've decided that I'm going to start this series acting as if this a completely new series and I don't anything about gaia. That way I won't get upset if it's not the same gaia I know and love.
