omg, i made this sig but i cant get it on here. its so annoying. you guys dont allow dynamic imgs, thats one prob and even if you would allow it, it keeps saying theres something wrong with it.

You should go to the thread called Talitha's request Topic. It's in this forum, and she's good at making siggys, she made my Oliver one. ;)

you have to have some kind of programme. i wound't know because i don't make them but ask jeicelle.

You need a photo program. Any kind will do, then you get pics and mess around with them until you get something you like.
