Okay, I love Sam. Right after Sam, I love him so much. Really. But I honestly think Sam is out. The most appearence he even MAKES lately is just her thinking about him every once in a while. I honestly don't think he'll come up again. :( :angry: It would be great, but I have given up on him becoming her perment boyfriend. I think it'll be Jake because she seems most attachted to him at the moment, :angry: (he's my least fav.) but I sort of want Ed to be her friend again. Because I love his character. :wub: .

I'm a huge Sam fan. And even though it really looks like he's not going to be in the books anymore. I'm not going to give up hope that he will. (hey what's the world without hope). I'm not giving up on him for a few reasons. One its just really bad writing bringing him back for nothing. And he's my favorite character. Sometimes it feels like it would have been better if FP just left him dead.

Yeah. I was just thinking that Francine shouldn't have put some strings on book 24 and have it end there.

Here's the last time she said anything about Sam in book 34.

It sounds like she likes Jake the least, because kinship is like he's her brother. I sorta miss Sam. She should find sam and apologize for the not-believing Oliver's-loki thing.

All the exerpt is saying, is that she doesn't have a connection with Skylar. Being with him is fun and all, but its not the same as it was with the others.

in that quote it sounds like she just likes Ed and Jake in a more friendish way. The warmth she feels with Ed is because he's always there for her and making her laugh when she is down like in a best friend kind of way. Then the kinship she feels with Jake is because her and Jake have something in common they both know how and like to fight. But the flutters she felt with Sam is more loving feelings than friendly feelings. Like her heart fluttered whenever she saw him.

in my opinion there still has to be a good reason why sam is back.......

i hate to say this, but Jake sounds like a big jerk lately.. esp in #33.. i guess Sam is kinda out of the picture.. i'd say Gaia ends up friends with Ed.

me too. even though i love ed, i still like sam a lot. he was sorta awesome, but i think it's safe to say he's outa the pic...but one thing that stays the same in fearless is that you never know who's gonna showup.

The flutters with Sam could also be the great chemistry they had together.

yeah Gaia and Sam had really great chemistry. I loved how they would spend most of the day just in bed talking and stuff. That was cute.

Sam's thought of sleeping with her, but he always gave her space to make sure that when/if they did she'd be ready. He also wanted it to be special. Like when she was going to leave for Europe, and she said that she wanted to have sex, Sam said no, cause if they did he wouldn't have been able to let her go, and what she needed most at that moment was to go to Europe. I thought that was sweet.

i like sam, yea more than ed, but from the looks of it he is out of the picture. if he weree still in the pic i would so love him. because he was such a sweetheart.

I personally refuse to let go of Sam no matter how much Gaia doesn't deserve him. He's just so sweet...

Francine must be getting old or something...cause she's lost her talent. Taking Tom and Sam out of the books and doing a 24/7 Jake/Gaia AND the love triangle can only make fearless WORSE. My 8 year old sister would know that.

Has anyone noticed that the whole Dmitri/Yuri thing was completely pointless? They caught him in less than one book, and he was hiding in some huge mansion. How stupid can you be? And we didn't learn anything at all about his character... no pov's of any kind. #30 was just to take up space, and now we have the Rodkes, who Francine seems to think are cool, for some reason....sorry, that just pissed me off.

yes sams needs to come back, but i just doubt it. and as for tom, i didnt know hes not in the books anymore. that just pisses me off <_< :angry: i thought yuri was still in. oh well. i dont like the rodkes, theyre just there and they take up space. no one likes them besides FP, but shes the one ruining the books.

Some kind of twist: Sam hasn't been in the past five books, practically. This JR Rost persona needs to go, or else FP has got some issues, because IT JUST PLAIN SUCKS!!! At first I thought JR Rost and Tucker Shaw were like the photo people, but that's not true cause if you look in the back the photo is taken by someone else...(but I think Rost did do it for a few of them, and the covers look ugly anyway, so i guess it doesn't matter) but Tucker Shaw is a freakin writer..and i would so rather have him back. not only does the plot suck but the characters are so blah and WHERE IS SAM?

that's what I thought too, but why is he mentioned in the credits right after Francine Pascal on B&N and everywhere else? I mean do we care who did the cover unless you did the cover? I just want Fearless back. I never read 22, 23, 24 and i finally got them from the library only to realize that this is after Sam dies, and as great and nice that Ed is, he isn't Sam and I really hate Tatiana. Plus I already know everything that happened...God, I should just write my own Fearless books.

I have totally given up on fearless. It'll be too painful to force myself to try. I'm just gonna pretend that everything that happened at the end of 24 that was a hanger at the end is gone and the book ends with Tatianna and Natasha nice, Tom with a new wife, Loki gone, Sam dead, Ed and Gaia together.

Hey! I am looking forward to see how the is going to end.Fearless books have changed a lot.I remember when when at the beginn I read about Loki and Ella,and I think,wow,these are some books.Mary Moss was a good charracter,too bad she got killed.Then at book 12 ella died too.Sam is one of my favorite characters,I felt so sorry for him when Loki blackmail and kidnapped him. Sam is maybe the most wrong guy toGaia,but at same time the most right.By the way,has anybody notice that Jake and Tom are lot alike,both are good karate and espionage.Sam is litlle like Oliver before he turns evil,both were sick at kids and good in shack and in love a woman who they cant have.Only Sam did not go crazy jealous and he have Gaia for a short time.

Yeah..good points. Except in real life, Oliver and Tom would never let Jake come along on missions. If he got hurt or killed, he would be their responsibility. And him knowing Karate and still being considered a spy is crap. I have a black belt from a few years ago, I've been fighting almost as long as Gaia, I'm not as good though, but I'm still not a government agent. Agents need other skills too. God, why don't the writers think of these things?

They also make the fights in fearless sound easy, and Gaia and Jake can take someone down in only two or three moves. In real life, it would take a lot mope skill nad fighting to be able to do that. And it's hard to knock someone out with one kick, unless you're really strong and lucky enough to get it perfect. That's what choke holds are for, guys.... :unsure: It's harder to fight in real life than in a karate club, I'm pretty sure, because if you do it in a aclub it's organied, but if you fight on a street you have no idea what's coming...I dunno, just a few ideas...

All I know about martial arts is what I read in the books.I dont know much about being an agent in CIA either.But when is Fearless books ever been realistic?I think Francine Pascal or who ever ,write the books,has have a good ideas,extecp three last books.A lot has happened in books.Sam dead and came back alive,which was great,although little unlogical.Loki being in a coma and that he wake up in good guy Oliver,then going back evil again.At least he is enigmatic chacter,you never know what he up to next.Is interesting to know what the Rodkes and Loki are doing next and who Gaia ends up to be with,Ed,Sam or Jake or none of them.

I don't care who she ends up with....

i don't think sam is like oliver. i think he's more like tom. they both look good without even trying. and i think the description of the fights were good in the beginning of the series but lately everything about this series is really starting to suck!
