Title: Alfa V6 Turbo engine package for sale.
Description: 235-250+bhp as is!
voodooracer - September 18, 2007 03:53 PM (GMT)
Have for sale a engine package.
All alloy 2.0 V6 Alfa Turbo from a 1996 GTV.
Ultra rare, only 10 cars imported to U.K.
I broke the car, so I have engine complete, full wiring loom, ECU's, instruments, stalks, etc. etc.
Was chipped by Auto Delta and produced 235 BHP. Also have a Dastek unichip piggyback ECU for it aswell, so you are looking at 250 BHP easy.
Change of plans mean that the complete package is for sale.
Be brave.......Be different!

Drool drool B)
Put it up on the ALFA BB it wont be there for long.
Best money would be to sell it oversea's - Holland, Germany or Scandinavia where the 75 has a real big following - just drop Alfa 75 in youtube to see the fanatics.
Unless of course your interested in swapping it all for a bucket of apples and ............
Cheers

250 BHP 2.0L Alfa V6 twin turbo B-Type Hillclimb sprint car
[/Dream]
Oh well I will just have to be content with a very lightweight 200 BHP 2.0l Alfa Twinspark four banger B-Type Hillclimb sprint car instead ........eventually
Cheers

Sorry but i little off topic, but
Andy, are you using the Alfa gearbox and rear axle ?, i did think about getting more out of the Zetec but afraid about breaking things ( Type 9 box and std mk2 axle )
Its probley going to be quick enough with the 1.8 on throttle bodies ( & 2.0 cams when i find some at the right price ).

Yep using the Alfa 5 speed - All alloy and the live axle - alloy diff housing and LSD with 4.1 ratio's and discs as stock :D
Your type 9 and MK axle will handle the power from the Zetec no problem - My Westie is on an 1800 Zetec on 45's with Alfa ECU with a MK1 axle - you would have to some very sticky tyres and loads of weight to stress things - Its torque that does the damage and Zetecs are not known for producing big torque.
