I have heard there is a modification that can be done so that you can do some jobs
(clutch,sump,ect.) without removing the engine & gearbox from the car.
If anyone has done this and can provide an "idiots" step by step guide
that would be great. I holed my sump with the help of a pothole and have managed to patch it in situ with stick weld & is fine no leaks. Now have a replacement sump but
cannot get the old one off (Melos - 1300 XFLOW)
