B) Had a blinding day on Wednesday with the WSCC running the Westie around the Curborough sprint course - Certainly shows up and shortcomings with the cars.
Westie tyres are well part there best and lack a little in the grip department and the inside rear wheel spins up all to easily on long sweeping bends.
On the final couple of runs of the day I drove Seans S1 round. Two up, on cold tyres and just testing the track it we did a similar time to my Westie one up after many laps of practice all day.
The grip of the Goodrich tyres when warm is pretty impressive and they would not un-stick when Sean tried to spin the back end round in the paddock :P
Really good fun day.
Cheers
Andrew
