Thought I better post a pic as long time since update, car coming along slowly and this weekend out due to man op earlier in week bending etc still a bit painful, some interesting colours for car mind lol.
Starting problem now sorted with a hi torque starter, now turns over sweet and fires first time
Excess wiring and switches removed from dash and late fiesta ind/lamp stalk fitted to column, a lot neater and got rid of 8 switches
Screen and wipers removed and replaced with homemade aero screen
Front hubs replaced with ford pattern and rs2000 wheels fitted all round
Chrome dellorto pancake filters modified and fitted to twin 40's,lot prettier than pipercross foam as original
Sorry pic so big cant seem to scale it down

Good to see a report about rebuild progress thats not me or Tom :P - I hope mother nature provides some good early year working conditions so that you can enjoy the car this summer.
Looks good with the short screen by the way and always been a fan of the RS alloy.
Cheers
Andrew

Hello, you two
:D I hope the same and connects me to this opinion!
Also on the web page in Germany is thrown not exactly with restorations to pictures around himself. ..., unfortunately
I find it nicely with like-minded people about experiences to tell tricks and pinches.
...... let the pictures coming!
cheers
Tom
