I'm trying to collect the materials to make an aero screen for my S1. I was wondering if anyone out there has any black perspex ( 1m x 15cm x6mm ish ) and/ or some channel to make up a short frame for the screen. Or if anyone knows where I might be able to get some. Perhaps a screen project might have left some spare channel?

Got mine off ebay M8 from a seller called caracoustics4u, they speacialise in perspex, find one of their auctions and send them a pm for what you want with size and they cut for you,nice quick service and mine was about £10 inc post.U channel avail fron B&Q cheap enuff and they do a black silicone too for sealing. Just remember the sides will come up at a slight angle, I cut the perspex using a jigsaw for this with no probs

Thanks for that. I had thought about a trip over to B&Q on the off chance. The perspex you got seemed a reasonable price so I will look them up. My fine jigsaw blades are all ready. I have made up a wooden template to check the size so in theory all should be well.

I was told not to use fine blades rather a medium as the blade clogs? I used my old screen as template and just cut very steady resting the perspex on table top and cutting very close to supported area using pressure on perspex to stop it lifting off surport.
