Hmmm - Mythbusters here.

The Rover V8 only has room for 1 cam
Titanium rings would cost more than the engine
300BHP even Rover only managed 280BHP in the best rally car and the 38 DGAS carb can only move enough air for about 160BHP
0-60 3 seconds - there must be some bl0ddy steep hills where he lives
Spins wheels in all gears - and tractors with leaking hydraulics as well - but having seen where the engine is positioned I am inclined to believe that there will be some rear traction issues.

And finally the ultimate optimism - the price.

Buyer beware and all that but the description is somewhat inaccurate.
