I have set myself a target to have the car on the road by. I want to take it to Stoneleigh. First, its only up the road for me and second, i have got to the point in the rebuild where, if i don't set a target, it will just go on for ever.
Anyway, A busy day today:
Fit new starter motor, (it still won't start but thats a minor problem. It was working in December so can't be much).
Get the seat coverings washed, dryed & back on the seats. (i never realised they were so mucky)
Fit carpet after it arrived yesterday. I,m glad i chose very thin carpet, it made the job much easier, although still a time consuming one.
Lastly, take a few pics for the album.

I haven't cut the holes for the gearstick or handbrake yet. Maybe tomorrow!
