:D
I sincerly hope that the forcast this weekend is a little off the mark as I have already suffered frost bite once this month and it bl**dy hurts. :(
Anyhoo - I will be milling about over the weekend - and the old girl will be parked up with the NKCC crowd on the Sunday.
Many from here making the trip?
Happy trails

Not me, I'm afraid.
I'll hopefully be fitting a bath and some tiles (assuming the plumbing I did this week holds up that long!)

:(
Quite frankly it was a washout in more ways than one - I made it over late on the Saturday through the showers and only lost the backend twice on the way over - and for what ! - The show was quite frankly just a locost owners club/manufacturers benefit - and the hall was very bare - the traders were there but nothing to write home about. All in all crap - Thankfully at least because I had made the effort in a kit car it was free.
The Dutton stand was not in the main hall but at the very very back of the outside shed thing - better not say what I thought of it.
Sunday I had No1 son with me - he was so looking forward to a run out in the S1 but the weather was dreadful so we went over in the Rover - when we arrived the heavens opened - No1 said no way was he getting out the car - really could not blame him or have any arguement as people were leaving in there droves.
That was that a complete washout and really only of any use if you were biulding or thinking of building a locost or similar clone.

Sounds awful Andy- I've seen other shows fall foul of the weatherlike that, it's a whole lot of no fun! At least the club stands are under cover at Stafford, if it rains at Detling you either join the crush in the halls or get wet!!
Shame about all those bloody Locosts, seems no-one has any imagiation for designing something a bit different or a bit risky anymore- and don't get me started on 'fake snakes'...
Phil
P.s. Just remembered the worst show I ever went to. It was called Motorvation (I think) at Kepston Park racecourse and when me and Aly (Mrs 'Bottle) arrived in our two cars we doubled the number of cars in the club area!!

Never know Phil you may well have enjoyed it.
For me it just lacked, perhaps I expect too much from things ;) perhaps I would enjoy things more if I made an attempt to lower my standards <_< .
Nah. :P

I think I would have thought the same as you Andy- I've read far to many rave reviews of shows which I thought lacked, er, everything!
See you at Stoneleigh?
