When MSN released its MSN 8 most of us though it was going t be just another sevice browser brought out this time it would just be a pay to use.

This is not the case the other day I got an email from MSN Callender Informing me that the service would be not be useable any more. The calendar service will now only be avalable to people who pay to use msns browser.

This is the email I got

Please note that this will NOT impact your MSN® Hotmail® account, only your MSN Calendar account.

We have to ask as yet another service goes over to pay to use system is the web as a howl moving this way? In 10 years time will Most internet features have to be paid for by the user? Is hotmail and MSN Messenger moving this way to?
